• What are the benefits of Static Mode?

Static Mode keeps all air cells fully inflated to provide a stable, supportive surface for undisturbed rest. It keeps constant pressure, making caregiving such as repositioning or dressing changes easier and more comfortable.

• How to Activate Static Mode?

After setting your desired pressure level, press the “Static ON” button to stop the alternating cycle and keep the mattress at a steady pressure. The indicator light may take up to 6 minutes to turn on, as the pump continues to run until both air tubes are fully pressurized.

• How to change the firmness in Static mode?

In Static mode, users can adjust the mattress firmness — lower the setting to make it softer or raise it to make it firmer. The pump will automatically reach the selected pressure within 12 minutes.
