SHIPPING & RETURNS
At Alcedo, we are proud to offer 24-hour order processing (excluding weekends and holidays). All items purchased include FREE standard shipping to all US destinations within 4 to 6 business days.
Most orders shipping within the United States ship via USPS.
Orders are processed within 24 hours and are shipped out as soon as possible.
If you select standard shipping, you will receive your first order within 6 days. If you select the expedited, 2-day option, you should receive your order within 3 business days.
We currently ship to the United States only (Hawaiian & Alaskan residents, you may experience slightly longer delivery timelines). At this time, we don't offer international shipping, but we hope to sometime in the near future.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will email you with shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow. Alternatively, you can track your shipment from your account, just log in to view.
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Alcedo as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at to make arrangements for reshipment.
Alcedo stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund. For product warranty, please visit our warranty section.
Returns for Refund
All returns for refund must be authorized by Alcédo within 30 days of delivery with a valid order number. There is no restocking fee for returning an item.
We will refund you for any returned items in the same method you paid for the items. Typical turnaround time is 4 to 6 business days. A return label will be emailed to you for returning the item.
Returns for Replacement
We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order. All returns for replacement must be authorized by Alcedo within 30 days of delivery with a valid order number. We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery. After the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
